Import Export Assistant Manager (Phó Phòng Khai Báo Hải Quan)

• Monitor the Operations of CC Department
• Manage and control the activities of import-export procedures of CC Department;
• Guide to Declaration of customs staff and handle procedures, operations when meet the troubles, in order to ensure good service for customer;
• Monitor activities of the Operations of all document staff and the CC staff
• Provide the Company’s service processes for customer;
• Consult the Declaration of customs process for Business Development Department;
• Update the policies of Government of import-export procedures to relevant departments and customers.

• Bachelor level in Foreign Trade, Economic is preferable
• At least 5 years, preferably with relevant experience in similar industry
• Import – Export, Logistics, Customs Clearance
• Good knowledge about the finance, import, export, clearance
• Good oganization and leadership skills,;
• Time management and planing skills.
