Mô tả công việc
- Manage the whole shipment import, export
- Control material suppliers
***Import & Export activities:
- Receiving documents from Sales Department & Purchasing departments, check all documents PO, Invoice, Packing lists.. . & declare to customs for both import & export cargo/materials/machines...
- Contact to forwarders to take imported cargo/materials & follow up until it goes to warehouse.
- Contact to forwarder to ship cargo/goods...oversea. Following with plan for ETD, ETA.
- Apply for C/O or Form D & send to customers as required.
- Customs report monthly, quarterly, yearly as required by the law.
- Other jobs related as assigned by Superior.
***Purchasing activities:
- Contact to material supplier for asking quotations, negotiate with supplier for best price
- Control the cost of material
- Place orders to material suppliers and control the shipments delivery on time
- Prepare the documents to receive material from ports
- Collect the documents to make payment for suppliers.
- Feedback to suppliers for NG if happen, ask supplier find out the root cause and make counter measure.
- Negotiate with supplier for cost reduction (CR activities)

- Male/Female, University degree
- Having experience related to the job is a plus
- Age: more than 23 years old
- Good communication & interpersonal skill
- Result oriented.
- Creative and careful
- Good command of English
- Eager to learn new things & enlarge his/her knowledge related to assigned jobs.
