Mô tả công việc
* Import shipment process:
• Working with Factories/Logistics Companies to receive shipping docs, C/O, and other original documents
• Sending to forwarders shipping docs to make customs declaration
• Doing E-customs, making payments for taxes
• Preparing document to buy insurance for imported cargoes
• Updating import process daily and send to managers
• Filing all imported document for Customs Audit & Interrogation purpose
• Arranging cargoes from port to warehouses/ dealers' warehouses
* Follow Import SOP and KPI
• Working with related sides to apply SOP and achieve KPI
• Making weekly, monthly reports and ratings to SOP and KPI
* Updating import policies and new regulations
* Other jobs in import team when being assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University graduated, preferably related majors
• Having knowledge of Vietnamese import - export law
• SAP experience is preferable
• Working experience in logistics company is preferable
• Good analytic & calculation skills, including excel skill
• Having knowledge of Vietnamese import - export law
