Mô tả công việc
• Independently communicate with oversea suppliers by emails, Skype and telephone calls.
• Search for better forwarder, service agent, 3rd party to import for company, to cope with company business expanding and to back up for current ones.
• Solve arising problems with supplier, agent, internal departments during Certificates application, Custom clearance and label printing.
• Search for information on import requirement on new product range.
• Willing to work overtime daily, on Saturdays, under high pressure, travel to Distribution Center.
• Work with internal departments, agency, forwarder, 3rd party in order to achieve specific import targets from multiple countries within timeline as a KPI. Including:
Contact supplier for required documents.
Apply for NOP.
Coordinate with forwarder for shipment arrangement.
Work with service agent to print sub-label.
Witness the receiving container at DC.
Label the sub-label on each sample SKU at DC.
Do cost analyst and prepare payment and claim the damage to supplier.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor Degree on Foreign Trade Major, prefer from Foreign Trade University.
• Prefer on candidate who can join immediately.
• Prefer on working experience with forwarder companies.
• Prefer on knowledge and experience on import procedures from Euro and Asia countries.
• Minimum 2 year experience on import documents for customs clearance and Certificates application documents (COA, CFS, LOA, NOP, import permit).
• Extreme Proficiency in English writing skills, fluent speaking skills (interviewed in English).
• Master on Excel, Word.
• Prefer on candidate who can join immediately.
• Prefer on working experience with forwarder companies.
• Prefer on knowledge and experience on import procedures from Euro and Asia countries.
• Minimum 2 year experience on import documents for customs clearance and Certificates application documents (COA, CFS, LOA, NOP, import permit).
