We are looking for an Import & Export Supervisor to join our Operations Team at Mercafe Vietnam. The role will be based at our Milling Facilities in Long Thành Industrial Zone, Dong Nai Province.
The Import & Export Supervisor responsibilities include following up and controlling import and export activities according to existing procedures in order to meet the import and export plan. This person oversees daily operations of the department, to ensure profitability and compliance with company policies, ISO Guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements; providing excellent customer service through timely and accurate processing and compliance with government regulations and / or company policies. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.
Our ideal candidate has relevant supervisory experience, likes to work in a structured manner and has an eye for details. Previous experience in import and export processes is required.
Some of the responsibilities of the Import & Export Supervisor include but may not be limited to:
- Execute the import and export plan to comply with the commitments schedule
- Control and follow up the import and export documentation to comply with the shipment instructions
- Handle correction process if documents were issued incorrectly
- Elaborate traffic instructions for receiving and shipping coffee
- Register shipping information in the system to have updated data
- Supervise the human talent in the team

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 3 years of experience working in the import-export area
- Experience in a supervisory role
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field
- Advanced level of English
- Intermediate Excel
- Good communication and negotiation skills
