Import & Export - Staff - working in Tra Vinh

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

· Understand customs procedures, master procedures for registration for import and export

· Carrying out customs declaration of import and export goods on customs software

· Make payment documents (Bill, C / O, Invoice, Packing list, ...)

· Contact the shipping unit for the procedures to take the imported goods to the warehouse, resolve the arising

· Perform other tasks as assigned by the leader when available

· Check documents, request customers to check and revise (if any)

· Prepare all necessary documents for the customs declaration form

· Make international payment documents: L/C, T/T

· Keeping record and documents such as correspondence related transactions, orders, documents

· Responsible for making reports related to the area of responsibility and related procedures Customs clearance

- Male/Female ; Age from 24 - 30

- Graduated : college/University in related field.

· Prefer to work for logistics company

· Experienced in import and export

· Strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

· Strong interpersonal skills with all levels and cultures

· Positive attitude
