Import & Export Staff

Import:
- Follow up all coming shipment / tracking timely the status of coming shipment from India, Taiwan, China, …
- Prepare neccesary documents for custom clearance for all import shipment
- Manage shipment from Ho Chi Minh => Hai Phong by sea
- Deal with custom department for all issues related to importation procedure.
- Cooperate with forwarder to manage the shipment to ensure on-time schedule.
- Follow up shipment and update to related department for shipment actual schedule
- Check price and select suitable forwarder/ shipping line for each shipment.
Export:
- Receive shipping plan from Sales.
- Select forwarder and arrange the shipment per schedule of sales.
- Arrange document for custom clearance if needed/ Check custom clearance sheet to ensure there is no mistake.
- Arrange SI/ VGM for oversea shipment.
- Follow up the shipment.
- Arrange to get C/O for shipment if required by customers.
- Other task request from upper side.

- Have experiences in Logistics field.
- Proactive & good interpersonal skill
- Good negotiation & communication skill, hard-working, honest & careful
- Have good understanding of Incoterms & general Customs regulation/requirement of a processing / manufacturing company.
- Have experiences in logistics field at least 3 years.
