Import & Export Staff

- Prepare import/export documents in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. (Invoice, Packing list, etc)
- Check shipping invoices for accuracy.
- Track shipments and communicate with clients about the package's progress.
- Handle all custom clearing; C/O…services
- Connect tightly with Shipping and customs department to arrange Customs staffs for declaring customs for importing/exporting for customers.
- Coordinate activities of onsite operations engaged in customs clearance
- Report to General Director, customs department.
- Only received application in English
- More details shall be discussed during the interview.

- Responsible for dealing work of Export and Import department
- At least 1 year experience in Export import work
- Fluent in English to communicate in working place.
- Using fluently declare custom program VNACCS
- Good computer skills & Microsoft Office.
- Well organized and detail orientated, be able to work under high pressure.
- Fresh graduated student with good English can be accepted
- Work in company at Binh Duong
