Mô tả công việc
- Request booking confirmation base on loading plan of BOD
- Prepare documentation before export as: Pre-packing list, label, draft Invoice + Packing List,…
- Request transportation and make documents for delivery
- Make shipping documents and check transportation status
- Documents after export: C/O, FCR, VGM, SI, … as request of per customer guideline.
- Save documents carefully in hard and soft file
- Update report per shipment and weekly working report
- Make payment request and follow up for all shipping fees
- Calculate load-ability plan each of order
- Other assignments from Manager and Director

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Bachelor's degree in Economics / Foreign Trade / Import-Export or equivalent.
Good at MS Offices.
Good at problem-solving skills.
Good command of English (both in oral & written communication).
Willing to learn, conscientious and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude.
Be careful, responsible.
