Import & Export Manager

Role and Responsibility:

• Deploy and conduct the company’s plans
• Manage jobs and maintain service procedures for the client to get high efficient.
• Monitor and guide the customs declaration procedure for employees and customers.
• Manage and control cost according tariff, avoid to issue the lowest cost for the services
• Building and development human resources of Customs Clearance department.
• Building the KPIs for team, and staff in Customs Clearance department;
• Training and coaching professional competence for employees to provide the good service.

Job Description:

• Monitor the Operations of Customs Clearance Department:
• Manage and control the activities of import-export procedures of Customs Clearance Department;
• Guide to Declaration of customs staff and handle procedures, operations when meet the troubles, in order to ensure good service for customer;
• Monitor activities of the Operations of all document staff and the Operation staff
• Provide the Company’s service processes for customer;
• Consult the declaration of customs process for Business Development Department;
• Update the policies of Government of import-export procedures to relevant departments and customers.

• Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor level in Foreign Trade, Economic is preferable

• Experience Required:
- At least 7 years, preferably with relevant experience in similar industry at managerial level
- Experience about import, export, Customs Clearance

• Skill:
- Customer Orientation, Planning & Organizing, Decision Making, Developing People
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Qualified English in speaking and writing
- Computer skill: Well used MS office applications & E-Customs Declaration System;

• Age:
- From 30 - 45
