Import & Export Manager (Garment)

- Manage all issues related to Import & Export department
- Research and comply with legal requirements affecting export and import goods and from overseas; and/or promptly update new policies, regulations on import & export - especially garment sector
- Arrange logistics of shipments, ensure all customs barrier control procedures and other documentation requirements are satisfied
- Keep in touch with freight forwarders and customs brokers who make freight and space booking with airlines or shipping companies and arrange for the movement of cargo from airports and ports
- Solve any occurring problems in delivery at port, checking and having inspection at port if any loss, mistaken delivery
- Monitor the performance of the business and prepare financial statements and reports on import-export operations
- Liaise with provincial departments of Customs and other related authorities for proper compliance of legal requirement regulations
- Making weekly report and having good suggestion for better accomplishment
- Report to Manager on Revenue & cost of department at the end of month
- Other duties assigned by General Director

- More than 05 years’ experience in Import & Export field
- Experience in manufacturing, garments, trading or apparel industry is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret all internal/external Import & Export documents
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees or organizations
