Import & Export

- Implementing all works on import equipment, parts and export equipment/part to customers including from/to overseas and local.
- Keeping in line with customers/suppliers and forwarder to do the custom work in order getting smoothly.
- Sending data to Customs and do workings, report related to Vietnamese Customs.
- Receiving PO from customers, IN, PL and preparing shipping documents.
- Any other jobs related to Import-Export as being required
- Willing to support other Departments when necessary.
- Receive information from customers, sales Department to inform timely to related departments.
- Make Delivery Order/Receive sheet, arrange transportation and follow up until machines reach the customer sites, etc.
- Making daily in/out report.
- Making standby list of machines
- Make quotation to send to customers
- Make claim notice for repair fee to send to customer
- Make rental contract with customers
- Make site sheet everyday
- Perform any other duties that are assigned by Manager from time to time.

- Degree: University/College
- At least 1 year of working experience in Import - Export
- Ability to communicate in English
- Good computer/ MS office skill.

Candidates live near area Thach That, Quoc Oai, Hoai Duc district will be given priority.
