Job description:
- Perform import and export contract for goods: plastics resin, plastics package, other product, material in the petrochemical industry;
- Deal with foreign partners: prepare import export contracts and track the orders;
- Work with banks on payment (open LC, im/export document by LC …)
- Make plan of import export and ensure the quality/ quantity of goods;
- Contact with logistics companies and shipments to solve shipping schedules and documents if necessary;
- Prepare necessary procedures and documents for import and export activities, especially international payment procedures.

Requirement:
- Experienced in international payment and import export documents at import – export executive position of commercial or manufacturing enterprises;
- Candidate have 2 years of experience or more are preferable;
- Good knowledge in import, export operations, logistics;
- Fluent in English;
- Bachelor degree or above.
