Import & Export Executive (Bien Hoa City)

• In charge of import OR export activities and custom clearance issues;
• Work with Forwarder to arrange shipment;
• Book cargo and arrange trucking if applicable;
• Send Booking Confirmation/Delivery Orders;
• Issue Bills of Lading and Export Declaration;
• Arranges shipping details such as export licenses, customs declarations, and packing, shipping, and routing of product;
• Review customer requirements/Letters of Credit and report any problems/discrepancies to the customer;
• Follow-up and solve problems during the transport process;
• Advise customer of any problems, changes, or delays

• Education: Graduated from university, major in import-export, logistics or related fields
• Experience: at least 2 years experience in the same position
• Good communication in English
• Willing to travel
