Import & Export Assitant

*POSITION OBJECTIVE
Interior’s French international group, design and manufacture exclusive and unique furniture and accessories of French style is looking for a Import and export assistant for its Vietnamese industrial plants

In collaboration with the Import/Export Manager, you will support for the import/export of all related for 2 factories

***RESPONSIBILITIES
• Composing the documents for import and export, ensuring the correctness of the documents.
• Making the customs clearance for import and export shipments.
• Going out to apply the documents to the government department (Customs, VCCI, Forest protection dept,…).
• Checking the loading schedule, requesting container trucking, monitor the loading process.
• Booking vessels for export containers.
• Following the documents of customers
• Cooperating with manager to make the working process and composing the new laws for department.
• Other jobs as manager’s assignments.

• Graduating from a university or college
• To have minimum 1 years’ experience in import & export, from wooden manufacturer in priority
• Carefully, learning attitude, good problems-solving skill, teamwork skill, friendly to colleagues
• English: Reading, writing, can understand emails, feedback from customers. good communication is in advance
• Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions; Keeps commitments; Completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan
