Mô tả công việc
To compile and check documents of freight goods. Tally and record consignments, destination, details of articles, containers and passengers. Make freight and transport bookings and related logistics arrangements:
1. To ensure all documentation are prepared and correspond to invoices, or other records
2. To compile all documents and records details on imported/exported cargo before it is
allowed to be moved from port of entry/exit.
3. To follow-up with shipping schedule and to place bookings on time for orders delivery and
to get forwarders/buyers' confirmations on delivery for logistics arrangements.
4. To obtain details from shipping companies/forwarders about where and when goods will
be delivered and to arrange logistics works for finished goods shipments to nominated
ports; and/or to do concern and necessary formalities to hand over finished garments
5. To ensure clearance procedures are carried out, dispatch goods and to arrange delivery
promptly and timely upon orders are packed completely.
6. To drive between ports, container terminals, the airport and governmental departments to
hand over and/or apply for export visa, export licenses and C/Os for the shipments.
To maintain records of receipts and dispatches
7. To monitor closely Customs broker's handling of export shipments and to settle all
potential problems which may occur during shipments arrangement.

- College or University degree, 1-2-year experience in IE field
- Able to speak English fluently
