Department / Location: HAN BU Ocean freight
Direct Line Reporting: BU Ocean freight Manager
Dotted Line Reporting: BU Sales Manager
Purpose of the position
• Coordination between VINFAST factory and PANALPINA stakeholders
Key Tasks
• Receiving and understanding of Customer’s request for shipping and relevant documents (Purchasing Order; Invoice; Packing list; Shipping Report, etc)
• Coordinating shipping order with PANALPINA stakeholders and monitoring the adherence to SOPs
• Following up the operation process and proactively communicating with all functional departments to ensure the entire smooth handling procedure.
• Daily reporting to Customer with regards to shipment status and back-up solutions when necessary.
• Regularly interacting with Customer by attending performance review meeting when required; taking minutes then distribute to all participants
• Assisting Sales to work in front of Customer to maintain a good relationship and obtain feedback from customer on PANALPINA service
• Providing administrative support to Sales in connection with processing of customer inquiries, improvement plan, sales planning, SWOT analysis.
• Generating and distributing (internal/external) reports as assigned by the management
• To take up additional tasks as assigned.

• Good command of English and Vietnamese
Language skills
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
