*Reports to: Supply Chain Manager
1.1 Ensure that all purchasing, import and export goods, materials and machines delivery in time.
1.2 Solve problems concerned with custom agencies when necessary.
1.3 Ensure that all import-export data, documents are correct and fully.
2. Công việc và trách nhiệm
2.1 Contact to delivery/receive goods in requested time.
2.2 Checking import - export documents.
2.3 Make the import- export documents.
2.4 Solving custom problems.
2.5 Solving insurance problems
2.6 Summarize documents for payments and tax return.
2.7 Providing tax information for accountant.
2.8 To make a reference and compare prices between import-export service to choose the suitable one.
2.9 Providing import- export files, data for storekeeper and others concerned.
2.10 Monthly, weekly report about import- export status for custom.
2.11 Update new rules and regulations from Government concerning import-export for the needs of company.
2.12 Other tasks assigned by H.O.D.
3. QUYEÀN HAÏN (AUTHORITY)
3. 1 Access and manage import-export system of company.
3.2 Ask others departments to follow and provide information
as required about store, materials, goods, recorded books for import-export.
3.3 Suggest problems, risks and solution for import-export tasks.
3.4 Working with third parties concerned with custom, transportations.

e. Targets, quality policies, including responsibilities and rights.
f. Labor safety, labor accident avoiding.
g. Others concerned with goods, material.
4.3 Skills:
a. leadership skill

d. more responsible,
e. expertise, experience,
f. communication skill ,
g. problem solving
4.4 Experience
a. At least 5 years experience at the same position.
