Im-Ex Dept Head

- Responsible and complete the import and export procedures and documents such as sales contracts, shipping documents, import and export documents, payment procedures and goods delivery and receipt procedures…... Coordinate with relevant departments to complete and keep records of B.O.M (material list) file of exported goods
- Coordinate with relevant departments and customs broker to follow up and arrange customs clearance and trucking control the delivery of goods to the warehouse;
- Prepare documents to make finalization reports, liquidate contracts of manufacturing, Processing activities
- Combined with accountants, perform L / C opening,
- Proficient in declarations on ECUS software.
- Double check the consumption and upload in system, Settlement report to customs.
- Prepare docs for C/O
- Responsible for weekly and monthly report
- Other tasks assigned by managers

- Fluency in MS office (word, excel)
- English is good in writing and speaking
- Have experience at least 1 year with the same position
- Priority candidates with experience in Factory, espcially the garment industry
- Ability to working independently and team under high pressure.
- Be honest and careful, detailed in papers, persistent, meticulous at work
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients
- Willing to work after office hour due to the job nature of operation in case it needs
