The responsibilities of Industrial Engineer Superintendent includes one of the following areas:
IN LINE:
1 Keep In-line IE with proper tool & Training
2 Compare ACI/BOL/GSD & need to correct, if any variation
3 Assigned KPI need to update
4 Need to identify proper motions doing in lines,
5 Responsible for material utilization in floor
6 Identify the re training requirement, if any new style
7 Get the proper study & feedback from Pilot line for new styles
8 Responsible for re-train operator Efficiency before feed the styles
9 Pre Arrangement all equipment, Mc & M/pw for line feeding
10 Confirmation of Mc set up/ ready for new style feeding
11 Need to maintain all standard procedures in work floor
12 Maintain the skill inventory for all groups
13 Meeting & discussed the bottle neck operation with Line manager
14 Responsible for line Target & Efficiency –report
15 Responsible for idle time in individual operators
16 Responsible for Kaizen projects
NEW STYLE INSTRUCTION:
1 Start the trial run according to the Planning date
2 Standard lay out need to be issued to pilot line
3 All Material will be arranged for Pilot run
4 NSI template need to be updated on Wednesday
5 If any speck Changers information need to give immediately
6 Style need to submit on time for approval
7 Weekly report need update -MOR (IDR)& Dashboard
8 Contact ROH/US team to get corrections before start production
9 Maintain the Cliches requirements weekly with PP team /MC team
10 All Material specifications need to be confirmed by Pilot run
11 Substitute material need approval to use from ROH
12 PP meeting need to arrange for giving feedback Mc/material/MPw
13 Weekly meeting for New style details / maintain start up approval
14 Responsible for Kaizen projects

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Education/Degrees/ Bằng cấp: Bachelor Degree (specialized in textiles or engineering is preferred)
2. Knowledge and experience required
- At least 3 to 4 years working experience in the same position for large company’s size
- Good command in English, both oral and written
- Good at Microsoft office/excel/PowerPoint
- Good at process improvement (based on LEAN, GSD, SAH, PDCA, Line balancing…)
- Good at Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, 5S, Process-Quality Tools…).
- Have wide knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and efficiency
- Hard working and trying to learn and catch up with the work demand
- Able to work successfully and productively in a team environment or independently and deal with multi-tasks effectively
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and challenging environment
- Active person
- High integrity and good working attitude
2. Knowledge and experience required
