Mô tả công việc
* Implementing IE actives (SMV, Skill matrix for operators, Visual Control, Bottle Neck management, KPI, solution for issue on line …) for Factory.
- Time Study for all (cutting, sewing, finishing) + Line Balancing & Implementing Kaizen
- Making operation analysis and designing layout for new style
- Process kaizen to Increasing Quality & Quantity.
- Monitor, finding problem and discuss to solve problem on line by bottle neck report
- Taking care the improvement of worker skill to improve productivity
- Audit multi skill, observe shop floor for all sections, control and make plan for training and then report examination result
- Set up production system
- Make sure the SOP on factory and improve active to be achieved requirement from buyer
