Mô tả công việc
- Setting of accurate cost /SAM for the relevant clients. Making Operation break down based on the standard Minute value. Setting of proper pre engineering process & method improvements & finding innovation & invention for bulk production to reduce the cost of manufacturing.
- Liaise with the PDC department during the sample development process, identify the new technology requirement’s & re-engineer product range in order to facilitate the manufacturing process.
- Co-ordinate pre-production process, Size set ,First lot, run for new style and provide advice /guidance in terms of technical & work methods in order to ensure a smooth flow of production in the bulk run

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Minimum 4 to 6 years’ experience in Garment/Textile industry with a strong Industrial Engineering background.
- Involvement with all activities related to industrial engineering work.
- Liaise with the PDC department during the sample development process, identify the new technology requirement’s & re-engineer product range in order to facilitate the manufacturing process.
- Co-ordinate pre-production process, Size set ,First lot, run for new style and provide advice /guidance in terms of technical & work methods in order to ensure a smooth flow of production in the bulk run.
- Ability to conduct regular time study & production study activities.
- Innovation & Invention
- Ability to design Layout based on SMV with a fast moment & implement the same and ensue continues improvement of production process activities.
- Candidate with experience lean & problem solving experience technics will be added advantage.
