Mô tả công việc
- Prepare relevant inbound shipping documents & system update (IB editing/freight complete; arrival notice to customer, electronic manifest to the customs)
- Look after the haulage network to meet Client’s enquiries of IB delivery point
- Work in unison with OPS, partners & vendors (terminal) for details of discharge list, manifest declared & cargo movement between port to port/terminal to ports/ICDs
- Work with Accounting Department to monitor details of charges & surcharges collection/ outstanding
- Follow up with customer & port of loading for IB laden overdue & empty idling to collect & clear
- Cooperate with other teams for cargo release & outstanding follow up
- Be tactful in dealing with customer requirements and concerns (Change of destination, manifest amendment, claims, etc.), service recovery and special service requirements
- Support commercial team to maintain/retain customer via qualified service delivery at IB end.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Bachelor Degree holder major in either Economics or Foreign Trade and other related fields.
2. Good command of written / spoken English, Chinese language capability will be an advantage.
3. Proficiency in computer literate, such as Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
4. Good communication skill, customer focused, achievement driven, teamwork and able to work under pressure.
