POSITION SUMMARY
The I&C Officer is responsible for design and construction work activities done by EPC Contractor with reviewing and monitoring schedule, quality, reliable, efficient, safe, and environmentally compatible design, procurement, manufacturing, shipping and construction.
This position is responsible also for an inspection, witness and supervision of EPC’s I &C construction, installation, testing and commissioning activities in the construction field. He/she maintains manuals, procedures, historical information and inspection records ensuring adequate update for the construction period.
Besides, the I&C Officer is required good communication skill to coordinate with local authorities including EVN and their subsidiaries. He/she also supports and assists other areas of the construction as assigned by Technical Director (Electrical / I&C).
This position reports directly to the Technical Director (Electrical / I&C)

* Duties and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
 Inspects and Supervises construction personnel in the safe and efficient EPC work for the plant and facilities construction.
 Takes the responsibility for the I&C portion of the EPC work including the design review and the construction, installation, testing and commissioning.
 Coordinates with Owners Engineer (OE) and make a proper instruction to OE in order to reach the project targets.
 Coordinates with local authorities including EVN and their subsidiaries and arrange required approvals, permits, etc. under local regulation, grid code and laws
 Coordinates the project interface between EPC works and other party works
 Takes the actions necessary to identify and develop a plan to mitigate the risks to the schedule delay, poor quality, unsafe activities and so on.
 Maintains manuals, procedures, historical information and inspection records ensuring adequate update for the construction period.
 Supports relevant reporting activities as required by the Lenders, the insurers, the Sponsors and compliance with all Legal Requirements.
 Performs other duties as assigned by Technical Director (Electrical / I&C)

• A Bachelor's Degree is required (Electrical, I&C or equivalent)
• Must have at least 7 years current experience in I&C design and construction or equivalent industrial
environment role.
• 2 years experience in I&C Officer position for construction or equivalent industrial environment role.
• Possess good communications skills in English (written and verbal as Conversational level and able
to communicate and reporting smoothly using basic grammar & vocabularies) and be computer
literate.
