1. General Responsibilities and authorities
He/She is responsible to develop and maintain hygience and food safety requirments at the company. And has authorities to stop production if observate any critical nonconformances
2. Detailed job description
Hygiene and Food Safety Executive has many responsibilities when performing her role and maintaining food safety in the company.
The key responsibilities of a Food Safety Executive are:
• Assist to establish Pre-Requisite programs (PRP), GMP, SSOP, and HACCP for all production processes.
• Identify any potential food safety hazards and putting control measures in place to prevent them.
• Provides training of (PRP), GMP, SSOP, and HACCP and food safety to all employees to enhance food safety awareness and compliance.
• Monitor facility and activities to assure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Monitor all employees in the workplace are and ensuring that they maintain a high standard of personal hygiene.
• Conduct GMP and HACCP verification as schedule and follow up corrective actions
• Check micro in working environment and conduct SWAP test of equipment, uniform, worker hand to evaluate the effectiveness of cleaning
• Review and develop micro testing methods
• Involve on root cause analysis and corrective action on all food safety issues.
• Pest control management
• Other tasks are assigned by Senior QA Supervisor
3. Interpersonal Contacts
Extensive contact with everyone in the plant. Constant contact with all departments. Also has contact with consumers, distributors and suppliers when required.

1. Competence
• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or Food Science
• Advances Food Hygiene Training, HACCP, ISO 9001
• Good Computer knowledge
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Good English both written and speaking
• Min 3 years experices in similar position in food manufacturing industiral
• Have ability and willingness to work well under pressure.
