Mô tả công việc

- Focus on new business opportunities that enable sales targets to be exceeded
- Responsible for top-line growth of revenue as well as meeting growth objectives around gross margin and EBIT.
- Provides accurate and timely forecasting of sales and the corresponding allocation of sales support resources
- Practices performance management by setting clear goals, investing personal time in employee development, actively coaching (i.e. monthly one on ones, account reviews, opportunity reviews and regular observed coaching calls) and performing on-time performance reviews. Ensures adherence to Company policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives regarding human resource management.
- Increases market penetration in HVAC Systems business by securing new customers and expanding the scope of the existing customer base with owner, architectural engineer and mechanical consultants and contractor accounts. Assessing potential customers and opportunities. Ensures the development and maintenance of Account Plans with all key and target accounts.
- Create sales plans and develops strategies for the sales team.
- Monitor market activity, sales trends and current business performance.
- Develops, tracks, and maintain direct and indirect relationships with Architects, Mechanical Engineers, Design-Build contractors/customers and other specifiers in the market.
- Monitors project/customer development targets on a weekly basis; communicates bi-weekly results to GD
- Effectively monitor and manage individual sales representatives' budget and performance
- Support business and sales initiatives through effective and efficient performance of self and team
- Coordinates with other sales team members to assist in expanding product opportunities.
- Enters and maintains sales data through CRM system

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 5+ years of sales and management experience
• Our ideal candidate will have 5 years of HVAC design and build experience; experience in HVAC systems and VRF products.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the construction/mechanical engineering community to drive total company system specifications
• Strong interpersonal skills including sales, problem-solving, and customer service are absolutely required.
• Must possess the attitude of wanting to learn, teach and lead
• Ability to work independently; meeting assigned goals and objectives in designated time frames
• Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations to groups
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
• Ability to travel as required.
