Salary: 20-25 millions gross
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Extract, calculate the volume of necessary material and workers for assigned categories; Inspect construction requirements on material’s volume and workers base on design drawings and BOQ;
2. Building a plan to buy supplies, construction machinery for projects;
3. Calculate the cost of assigned categories’ construction; control cost according to approved budget limit, warn QS Manager and Project Department when cost exceed the budget;
4. Manage unit price of assigned construction’s categories; check and compare price of suppliers, subcontractors to BOQ;
5. Calculate, synthesize actual construction volume, apply price, present payment according to project’s progress and construction final settlement;
6. Inspect, confirm construction workload of subcontractors on assigned categories;
7. Update data, information on cost to ERP system, store related dossier;
8. Provide information on prices and subcontractors for Project Department to implement bidding documents;
9. Support the calculation of bids’ volume when requested;
10. Perform other tasks assigned by Manager.

REQUIREMENT:
1. At least 3 years experience in similar position.
2. Understanding of construction law and legal document on HVAC construction;
3. Understanding of HVAC construction norms and constructional techniques;
4. Skills on calculating, control of workload, evaluation of unit price;
5. Skills on reading and mastering drawings;
6. Skills on reading and understanding standards of constructional techniques;
7. Problem-solving and decision-making skills;
8. Management of time, volume and progress of work;
9. Persuasive communication skills.
