HVAC Engineer/ Air-Con Technician Service Staff - Jch-005-18

A. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform assigned technical tasks
- Compile dossiers and related product documentation.

B. DUTIES:
1. Track troubleshooting and present the solutions provided to the Leader of Technical team.
2. Perform works to provide technical results to the Technical Team Leader.
3. Supporting, combining, analyzing causes, proposing solutions and solutions for customers
4. Responsible for providing the right solution to the customer in charge
5. Organize and store information related to products to provide timely troubleshooting
6. Customer service coordination deals with customer complaints and requests within the scope of work, meeting the expectations of customers.
7. Independently collect information about customers, competitors, product capacity and other necessary information
8. Timely report to Management on resources and quality issues
9. Provide guidance to customers about our products
10. Other duties as assigned

1. University graduation major in HVAC Engineering or related discipline
2. Minimum 2 years and above experience in air-cons technical service function
3. Able to communicate in English is an advantage
4. Self-motivation and keen to learn new things.
5. Able to work in a fast pace environment.
6. Strong written and oral skills to prepare reports and communications with customers and partners.
