Job Summary:
HRBP will work across functions to ensure that talent acquisition, development & employee engagement strategies align with business priorities & plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Organization Development: 50%
Conduct training need analyses to build training plan.
Work with training agencies/centers to assess the training programs, trainers before selecting partner for implementation
Prepare & arrange all facilities to ensure all training course /workshop organized effectively
Responsible for courses evaluation feedback and assess effectiveness for improvement
Support other functional team to develop internal instructor team
Coordinate with functional team to develop internal instructor team, assess the proficiency of workers, technician
Work with all functions to implement performance management system, talent development aligned with related policies, processes
Provide career guidance to employees and partner with management to ensure these employees are growing in their career aspirations.
Employee Relations: 35%
Execute 2 ways communication, Business updated meeting, recognition program and all employee activities: Sports, Year–end Party, team building, birthday etc to engage employees
Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues and discipline fairly representing all interests
Recruitment and Selection: 15%
Partners with Line managers to identify the job description, expectation and determine the knowledge, ability, skills, and other qualifications required.
Develops and maintains a network of with schools, universities, alumni groups, recruitment agencies to find and attract qualified candidates.
Initiates contact with potential candidates to conduct initial screening, and interview arrangement accordingly as well as consult hiring managers on recruitment process, issue
Prepares offer letters of employment for prospective candidates
Keep the data/documents of potential candidates on database (both soft and hard copies); update the status of applications thru recruitment channels in order to monitor and access the effectiveness of these channels
Arrange and support new hire on on-boarding program with relating departments.

Requirements and qualifications:
Bachelor Degree required
2-3 years of equivalent experience in General HR role like Talent Acquisition & Development, Employee Relations
Demonstrated effective communication/ interpersonal skills and Growth mindset
Analytical thinking and problem solving skills;
Result -oriented
Ability to work independent and team
Strong knowledge of and experience with Labor Law
Bachelor Degree required
