Mô tả công việc
1. RECRUITMENT
• Partnering with managers and HR team to identify and determine the knowledge, ability, skills, and other relevant qualifications.
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source out qualified candidates.
• Conduct the recruitment activity by determining the appropriate hiring channels (executive search, newspaper, online, job fairs, networking…) to utilize the candidate pool; screening the job applications and coordinating the interviews with line managers; consulting for the line managers in making hiring decision.
• Coordinate with the line managers to generate the occupational test to the candidates to hire the right person for company (if required).
• Prepare offer letter of employment for prospective candidates.
• To host and guide the new comer on first days including giving the orientation training program so that he/she can be adapted as soon as possible to the new job and environment.
2. LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT
• Source out the trainers/training centers which is relevant for the planned training course’s requirements.
• Prepare the logistics for the training courses such as vehicle, foods arrangement…
• Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior.
• Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes.
3. HR INFORMATION SYSTEM (HRIS) MANAGEMENT
• Update the information and data of recruitment, learning and development activities into the HRIS.
• Make sure the necessary data and information of related candidates/training profile of employees are maintained and provided to the board of management if required.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s degree in HR management/business administration; especially Law degree is a priority.
• 0-3 year of experience in recruitment, learning and development, HRIS management is a plus.
• Good at English (equivalent to TOEIC > 500 or intermediate level)
• Computing skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Photoshop, Movie maker,etc.)
• Interviewing Skills, Data analysis (if have)
• Communication Skills, Team work & Building relationship
• Learning Agility
