Human Resources Specialist

1. Recruitment:
- Input, update recruitment data
- Post recruitment announcement on proper recruitment channels;
- Proceed searching/screening candidates via phone and arrange the official interview rounds as per work instruction/process/guideline; meantime follow all required recruitment steps according to hiring process/guideline;
- Arrange and manage candidate database as required;
- Prepare thoroughly welcome kit for newcomers as per required hiring process/guideline.

2. Training:
- Induct orientation training for new associates as per required process.
- Conduct yearly re-orientation training for whole associates inside organization.

3. Compensation & Benefit:
Play supporting role in some parts of Compulsory Insurance’s procedures, including but not limited to preparing and submitting to Social Insurance Authority the monthly reports, arranging Heath Insurance cards, processing the issuance of Social Insurance Books and closing procedures of Social Insurance books, processing Sick Leave certificates prepare reports and submit to Social Insurance Authority for sickness allowance claims.

4. Others:
- Contacting workers for HR issues and paperwork.
- In charge of opening bank account and issue ATM cards for newly employees.
- In charge of following up probation period, probation assessment.

Support team members and HRM in occasional tasks.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
Education
Bachelor’s degree or, equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.

Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience
• Prefer experience in high volume customer service environment with working knowledge.
• Ability to establish workload priorities and manage a diverse workload.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to carry out, interpret and enforce departmental methods and processes.
• Ability to analyze and interpret incomplete or inconclusive information.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a variety of personalities, including people of different cultures and diverse departments to initiate and implement problem solving.

• Ability to complete assignments with a high sense of urgency and result oriented.
