Human Resources Specialist

Solagron JSC is seeking for a full-time Senior Human Resources Specialist to perform following tasks and duties:
Assisting the development of internal HR policies and strategies,
- Ensuring HR policies, procedures and practices are followed in compliance with company objectives,
- Taking an active role in human resources planning and being involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process,
- Preparing contracts and legal documentation for employees and maintaining employee records,
- Preparing other necessary paperwork for new hires, terminations, visas, working permits etc.,
- Managing the entire payroll process, statutory compliance and disbursement of salary,
- Monitoring SI, HI and UI premiums and PIT declarations,
- Carrying out other human resource practices such as training, organizational development, performance management, employee relations and talent management.

Candidates should have following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university, major in human resources or business administration,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company,
- Good knowledge on labor law and regulations is a plus,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Vietnamese and English,
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills,
- Excellent organizational, coordination, problem solving and planning abilities,
- Ability to deal with multi-functional tasks and to meet deadlines,
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook),
- Able to travel to other provinces in Vietnam.
