Mô tả công việc
• Make and summarize yearly performance appraisal with each Head of Dept for raising salary based on performance in last year.
• Update promoted position status from level staff to staff, from worker to leader, from leader to supervisor, and others
• Maintain a high level of internal client service and expert performances in the areas of local labor ordinance, pension scheme, recruitment, associate relations, risk mitigation, benefits provision, and other human resource functions.
• Participate in projects, or segments of projects, assuring their integration with Human Resources, the business, and corporation as appropriate.
• Work closely with Terumo BCT human resources to ensure local implementation of corporate policies and procedures and ensures consistent application.
• Implement modifications and changes to human resource programs, at the country level.
• Assure Human Resources practices, including compensation and benefits are competitive within the local and regional market place and cost effective.
• Run internal communication programs in partnership with Corporate Communications for all area associates to include corporate as well as regional messages, issues and initiatives.
• Ensure that organization and employee-related records are accurate, accessible and secure and in compliance with relevant privacy regulations.
• Support regional recruiting and staffing programs (when needed) to ensure that adequate and appropriate talent is available to meet operational objectives.
• Assist with the preparation of annual staff budget and headcount planning (when needed).
• Preparing and submitting to Social Insurance Authority the monthly reports (changes in newly confirmed/leaving employees, salary, social/medical/unemployment insurance contribution, etc.).
• Arranging Heath Insurance cards issued by Social Insurance Authority and distribute to employees, monthly and/or quarterly basis.
• Processing the issuance of Social Insurance Books by Social Insurance Authority for newly confirmed employees.
• Doing the closing procedures of Social Insurance books for resigned employees (with signature and stamp from Social Insurance Authority).
• Proceed all procedures in terms of sick-leaves-certificates.
• Closely working with Social Insurance Authority for any other related tasks/issues.
• Contacting to employees for HR procedure and paperwork.
• Following up clearance certificate for leaving employees.
• In charge of opening bank account and issue ATM cards for newly employees. Closely work with banks for any other related tasks/issues.
• Registering personal tax code, dependent deduction for employees
• Book-keeping personal files
• In charge of following up probation period, probation assessment, retention bonus and other procedures related to signing new/Renew labor contract.
• Select and manage ongoing relationships with external consultants and suppliers.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s degree or, equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.
• Minimum 2 years experiences in Human Resources field in a manufacturing or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of and experience with Labor Law and related legislation in Vietnam.
• Prefer experience in a global company.
• Good communication skills (both written and spoken) in English and Vietnamese.
• Requires in-depth working knowledge and understanding of various areas of Human Resources.
• Analytical skills, ability to identify, define, and solve problems rapidly, to think and plan strategically, and to effectively communicate such thoughts and plans.
• Knowledge and use of relevant technology including PC software applications and skills to use them effectively.
• Knowledge and understanding of how to apply and interpret policies and guidelines
• Consultative and collaborative.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a track record of influencing and motivating others.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced company culture.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Flexible and approachable.
