Mô tả công việc
Job Objectives:
- The role is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counselling.
Key responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Facilitate the standard recruitment processes (including advertising vacancy, screening, shortlisting, checking reference, and drafting job offer, preparing employment contracts, preparing induction pack, on-boarding process, inform unsuccessful applicants…) in an effective, timely, fair and transparent manner to select qualified candidate for the job
- Work with Job Search & Recruitment Agency as assigned by HR Director
- Provide staff orientations
- Conduct exit interviews
Compensation & Benefits
- Prepare monthly payroll and other payments.
- Work closely with government authorities to update on the new regulation for Compensation & Benefit for local staff & expats.
- Manage and whole process of SI-HI-UI contribution for expat and local staff to ensure compliance and in accordance with government regulations.
- Work with finance department and tax agency to manage the whole process of PIT monthly declaration, annual finalization, reporting.
- Manage the whole process of visa/work permit/resident card application for expatriates.
- Actively search, update new government laws, regulations regarding foreign worker in Vietnam. Building relationship with government departments such as DOLISA, Immigration Department/Hanoi Immigration to facilitate visa/work permit and resident card application process.
- Prepare headcount report.
HR Administration work
- Maintain up-to-date personnel profiles of all staff (including CV, interview assessment form, appointment approval from General Director, job offer, contract and appendix, JD and other relate documents in hard copy and soft copy as necessary)
- Update legal file which will be sent to MOET/Authorities as instructed and supervised by HR Director.
- Support training activities including organizing staff training sessions, workshops and activities, training agreement.
- Update staff list, staff telephone extension
- Coordinate in organizing staff activities/ functions (Xmas party, social activities, ect.)

- Perform other duties as required

- Vietnamese national
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years experience in Human Resource
- An understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures
- Mastering the regulation and process of visa/ work permit/ resident card application for expats
- Mastering the process of PIT declaration and compulsory insurance contribution and reporting
- Strong time-management skill and stress management skill
- Counselling skills
- Negotiations skills
- Good team player
- Good written and verbal communications skills, both in English and Vietnamese
- Computer literacy – MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to administer data reporting and analysis
