Vietnamworks client is a manufacturing company has HO in district 3, we has demand to recruit one HR Manager with the JD as below:
- Manage the human resources - administration department of the company.
- Plan and develop a suitable personnel plan in each period
- Advise and consult the company manager to develop policies, regulations and management of personnel related activities
- Plan and organize the recruitment, provide high quality human resources for the company.
- Formulate the regulations on salary, bonus and welfare measures and measures to encourage labor to work effectively
- Plan, design and implement training programs for staff and workers.
- Carry out assessment / evaluation of policies, internal rules, and best practice
- Consult company manager on strategies, plans and plan to attract staff
- Defining the criteria for selection of personnel, mechanism to attract talents.
- Carry out HR monitoring to better manage and use HR.
- Operation planning and operations management for departments.
- Develop, plan policies for development and attracting human resources
- Perform other tasks as required by the manager of the company.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Education level: University degree or above
- Have the skills to analyze, negotiate, evaluate, manage and administer.
- Have quick and accurate human assessment skills
- Work well under pressure and creative in the work
- English and office skill fluently.
- At least 5 years as HRM with solid understanding of one of these competencies: Recruitment, Training, Compensation & Benefit and Employee Relation.
- Have the skills to analyze, negotiate, evaluate, manage and administer.
- Have quick and accurate human assessment skills
- Work well under pressure and creative in the work
- English and office skill fluently.
- At least 5 years as HRM with solid understanding of one of these competencies: Recruitment, Training, Compensation & Benefit and Employee Relation.
