Mô tả công việc
1. Set up the manning guide for all departments by discussing with each HOD and Operation Manager concerning the actual need of manpower and the business situation to have a proper proposal to the Managing Director.
2. Establish rules, procedures for recruitment and build up recruitment criteria, conditions for each title.
3. Prepare and set up necessary regulations, policies, procedures and statutes related to personnel, administration and training; as well as monitor policies implementation to have suitable adjustment towards the practical situation and the Company culture.
4. Monitor and advise managers and supervisors on the discipline system of the Company.
5. Set up basic benefit for employees including bonus, subsidies, insurances, working equipment, and other competitive welfare to maintain the current manpower and attract the coming ones.
6. Prepare and set up salary statute and scale as well as insurance rate for all Company employees.
7. Maintain all attendance control system for the payroll and closely coordinate with accounting to ensure wage payment, also policies and welfare for associates always follow Company’s rules and regulations.
8. Coordinate with HODs in analyzing the actual training needs of each department to have proposal for reasonable and timely training programs.
9. Prepare yearly personnel, administration and training budget in the most effective and realistic manner.
10. Set up and organize employment exchange relation activities, some culture activities such as monthly, quarterly and yearly employee’s gathering; outing programs for the whole Company or any program requested by the Company BODs.
11. Make proper explanation and process to seek for approval from Khanh Hoa People’s Committee and Labour Department to recruit expat employees as required by Law including entry invitation letters, visa extension, work permits, temporary residence card for expats.
12. Be the representative in coordinate with the Ministries solve the related works in HR Personnel and Administration (such as Department of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs; Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Immigration Department; Accounts Payable Department; Social Insurance Department…).
13. Announce labor rules, regulations, SOPs which were approved to all employees. Coordinate with HODs in monitoring to ensure all employees conduct all the rules, regulations and SOPs.
14. Ensure HR’s policies are well developed, recommended and implemented in accordance with the Company’s vision, mission and strategies as well as applicable Labor law.
15. Monitor to ensure all associates join social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance at the time and follow the regulations.
16. Compose, recommend and consult to the BOD on HR policies and procedures to continuously improve Company’s operations and to promote employees’ commitment, competence, motivation and performance.
17. Identify and build the Company's culture so that it supports the attainment of the Company's goals and promotes employee satisfaction.
18. Implement any additional task requested and assigned by Managing Director.

- Local candidates only.
- Position is based at Ana Marina Nha Trang but must be willing and able to travel locally and internationally as required for the job.
- Degree in Hotel Management, Economics, Law, Administration or any acceptable equivalent qualifications.
- Background at Human Resources Manager position is required (at least 1 year experience in Hotel/ Resort of 4 or 5 star properties).
- Good command of written and spoken English language
- Excellent management and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent negotiation skills.
- Professional and well trained manner.
- Application should include CV and Cover Letter in English to explain the motivation.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
