As an HR Manager you will have the opportunity to lead and participate in many strategic projects that will drive the success of our organization. You will own these projects:
• Designing and delivering processes to attract, inspire and develop our talented employees (called Dream Builders)
• Motivating our Dream Builders through benefits, payroll, labour law compliance, etc.
• Building and nurturing a unique culture through coaching, engaging, rewarding, great communicating, love & care.
• Leading change management to maximize productivity and reduce complexity to enable peak performance,
• Continually investing in your own HR capability through both formal and informal training (e.g. online training, on the job learning, etc.)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Diploma or experience in service-oriented industry is preferred
• Min. 3 years’ experience in managing a Human Resources team
• A passion for people and improving workplaces
• The ability to build strong connections and relationships with colleagues
• An ability to achieve challenging performance goals, to manage complex projects and work to tight deadlines under pressure
• A self-starter who is naturally proactive
• Depth knowledge in local labour law
• An openness to feedback and a drive to improve
• A good sense of humour with a fun outlook on life, appreciating the importance of a work-life balance
• Min. 3 years’ experience in managing a Human Resources team
• A passion for people and improving workplaces
