* ROLE
We need a leader who will further extend to attracting, engaging, developing and retaining top talents. Job
Responsibilities Manage full spectrum of HR and Admin functions. Implement actions to align HR strategic
directions with business objectives. Provide strategic HR advise to line managers.
This role is based in our Ho Chi Minh City headquarters, with regular travels to our factory and branches.
* RESPONSIBILITIES
• Attract and recruit talents: Gauging needs of the organization’s human resource requirements, and
accordingly putting a plan of action to fulfill those needs with placement of “talented professionals”.
• Plan and organize induction and Training courses for new recruits
• Professional Development: Closely related to training, developing our employees professionally is an
added bonus for the employee and is crucial for our company social objectives
• Maintain a Work culture, a healthy, safe, and family oriented work environment to ensure a level of
comfort amongst the employees. Organize team building programs.
• Organize appraisal, rewards and incentive
• Manage Payroll

• You have at least 4 years progressive HR experience
