Basic Functions:
Ensure the effectiveness of managing Human Resources department on a daily basis by ensuring administration and people development systems, company policies and procedures are followed while maintaining a high degree of employee satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruiting and interviewing all supervisory and section heads and compare it with current knowledge from labor market trends and recruit short listed candidates.
Monitoring and maintaining an effective probation and annual appraisal system for all employees.
Ensuring effective maintenance of accurate and confidential employee files.
Ensuring effective use and the functioning of HR system for all employees.
Maintaining computerized applicant registration and applicant files. Assisting by categorizing submitted applications, including processing standard correspondences of all applications.
Administering and controlling employee movements, probations and annual performance reviews.
Controlling, administering, preparing and drafting internal and external vacancies.
Assisting with producing HR reports the end of a period.
Updating and maintaining job descriptions and person specifications.
Liaising with managers, department heads and payroll, ensuring all paperwork is processed correctly and on time.
Assisting with the preparation of training manuals and aids upon request.
Performing reception duties, including assisting and counseling with all internal inquiries from employees.
Ensuring communication with all employees by updating them with new information and developments in the company through different channels such as newsletters, notice boards, posters, signs and etc.
Assisting with administration of workmen compensation and insurance claims.
Conducting exit interviews with all supervisors and managers.
Assisting with new employee orientation programmes.
Planning, implementing, and monitoring the manning guide, HR budget and plan.
Updating human resources strategic plans annually.
Ensuring that human resources monthly reports are finalized on time.
Attending and actively participating in monthly department meetings.
Assisting with the organization of all employee meetings and the employee function/events.
Working out policies, recruitments and termination of department and higher, monthly meetings and reports, strategic planning and people development.
Analyzing the outcomes of performance appraisal interviews and ensure that all employees develop accordingly by working closely with all managers.
Ensuring that the training needs analysis is done, implemented, and revised according to the circumstances and progress of people development.
Ensuring the updating of training and development resources are in order support all department development plans effectively.
Ensuring that all employees attend and progress in their trainings.
Building and improving relationships with community officers such as labor district, police, environmental bodies and educational institutes.
Participating in community activities according to the annual plan and budget.
Performing other duties as assigned by the senior management and General Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
At least Bachelor degree in related fields
At least 3-year experience as Human Resources Manager in an international company or international hotel with evidenced tracked record of achievements in people development
Strong inter-personality and leadership skills
Proficiency in English and computer literate
Excellent public speaking skills
Strong in people management and development.
