Human Resources Manager (HRM)

Human Resources Manager is focused on organizational effectiveness including staffing and recruitment, on-boarding, compensation management, training and development, government regulation compliance, employee relations, and general factory administration. S/he will ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures in line with company governance practices and local legal compliance. The manager will be a one-person team reporting directly to the General Director, and ensuring a positive working environment and productive workplace. Responsibilities include:

• Carry out HR process with directors and managers: recruitment, staff discipline, promotion, organizational chart update, and other HR transactions.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, and stay updated on regulation changes.
• Prepare all documents for all local labor contracts and foreigner documents (work permits, registration for temporary residency and other related documents)
• Timely submittal and updates, and compliance with environmental management, occupational safety, fire prevention and such to the Industrial Zones Authority.
• Responsible for quarterly and yearly performance appraisal, salary, promotion, bonus
• Track daily attendance, absence and overtime, and manage reports.
• Manage advance payments from staff and approves, and send to accounting team to pay.
• Manage food, uniforms, stationary and any staff/office related supplies.
• Oversee and plan employees health examinations and well-being.
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demand, grievances, and other issues.
• Continuous improvement projects, activities related to HR or follow a request by Director and BODs

• Bachelor’s Degree (particularly in Human resources or Law)
• 5 years experience in HR and management
• Fluent in English speaking, writing, listening and translating
• Good knowledge of labor law, legal codes, government regulations
• Good listener, and ability to negotiate and manage conflict
• Competency in building and effectively managing interpersonal working relationships
• Excel software competency
* Preferred Requirements:
• High competency working with Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Honesty-oriented passion on job
• Team oriented and fast learner
