Human Resources Manager (Base in Con Dao Island) - Company Subsidiary

- Provide HR inputs to the business plan of the hotel and control the HR components of this plan on an ongoing basis: payroll budget, recruitment plan; staff benefits, etc;
- Ensure the hotel structure is aligned and suitably manpower;
- Create and develop overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the hotel;
- Establish and ensure that HR operational policies and processes are adhered to and continually improved;
- Manage the HR operations based on a daily basic and up-to-date understanding of Labor law;
- Conduct mass recruitment for pre-opening stage with all levels;
- Coordinate with Department Heads on training programs and implementations;
- Additional tasks assigned by the General Manager.

- BA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law;
- 03-year working experience at the manager level in hotel HR or related industry;
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and its practices;
- Have positive and can-do attitude;
- Familiar with MS Office, HRIS such as Smile/ Cadena;
- Excellent oral and written English communication.
