Abbott Human Resources Management Trainee Program (HRMT) has launched for the MBA or equivale master graduates to build the talent pipeline for Abbott Human Resource future leaders. Candidates will take part in a two-year development program that includes various job rotations. As an HR Graduate, candidates will have the opportunity to be part of the strong team to shape our Abbott people strategies, while developing your skillset to become one of our game changers.
Human Resources Career

You could have the chance to get involved in the areas such as: Attraction and Recruitment; People Development; Organizational Support and Change Management; Employee relations and engagement.

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES:
On Abbott HRMT Program, you will receive formal training in subjects and a comprehensive overview of Human Resources’ critical processes. It’s a supportive working environment where resources are available for driven graduates who want to forge a career in Human Resources with Abbott Vietnam.

QUALIFICATION:
• MBA or equivale master graduates
• Maximum 3 years of work experience
• English fluency (6.0 IELTS or relevant English qualifications)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Strategic thinking and Problem solving

• Critical Thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Learning agility
