What you do:
- Assist all recruitment activities. Schedule and support new hire’s orientations and related procedures.
- Manage employee files, contracts & other documents
- Work collaboratively with global members. Actively & timely support all internal members (teammates, executive team, visitors)
- Administrate health and welfare plans (including enrollments), employee transfers and terminations
- Support with Work Permit, VISA, related services contract
- Perform required documentation through payroll and insurance provider to ensure accurate record keeping and proper calculations
- Conduct market research for welfare & HR related services
- Facilitate meetings, answer & direct phone calls
- Follow up on employees’ benefit package, build up internal regulations & policy (research & propose, review, announce, keep track)
- Support GA team when necessary (support to arrange special events, sample pick-up…)
- Other tasks as assigned.

Compensation
- Base Salary: Negotiable
- Bonus: twice a year
-13th month salary

Education & Work Experience
- University graduate, any major
- Less than 1 year experience if any, preferably in global working environment
Experience
- Good communication skills; collaborative mindset
- Work effectively with MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Leadership potential
- Available to travel domestically/ internationally upon request
Language Skills
- Fluent Business English (Japanese/Chinese proficiency is an added value) TOEIC ≥ 750, IELTS ≥7.0, TOEFL ≥80 or equivalent level
