Mô tả công việc
- Proposing and participating in recruiting, training and developing human resources in the company;
- Proposals and suggestions for salary, bonus, discipline and compensation for the employee of the company;
- Maintain the system and reward personnel;
- In charge of managing and leading the internal to maximize performance.
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth;
- Exchanging to capture and convey messages and information from Leadership and the Director to employees and vice versa;
- Update, systematize information, legal documents and guidelines applicable to the Company.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Work time Mon-Fri (08:00 - 17:00)
Salary (Monthly) 15M ~ 30M VND (Gross) per month
- University degree major: Human Resource Management, Labor Economics or Law;
- Having at least 03 years of experience in the human resources field;
- Having expertise in human resource management, legal documents on labour law;
- Communication, negotiation, leadership and work organization skills;
- Resistant to pressure and high intensity work;
- Agility, professionalism, honesty, responsible work;
- Using English fluently in both oral and writing.
Reference (Experience): Previous experience to work for hospitality, real estate and investment sector.
