Human Resources Intern

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Update our internal databases with new employee data;

• Maintain employee records and paperwork;

• Assist in screening forms and resumes of applicants;

• Plan and schedule interviews with candidates;

• Manage job advertisements on job portals and social networks;

• Prepare reports on HR-related metrics like the aggregate number of hires by the department;

• Create materials to train and onboard the employees;

• Answer employee questions and addresses employee concerns with the company; including employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Experience

• No experience requirements.

Knowledge, Abilities and Skills

• Studying or Graduated with major in Human Resources Management or similar field;

• Having good planning and organizational skills;

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;

• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks;

• Outstanding problem-solving skills;

• Strong attention to detail;

• Good time management skills;

• Ability to work independently.
