Reporting to: Senior HR Executive
I. Job Description:
- Assist on HR-related paper works
- Manage employee’ data input and documents
- Coordinate with HR-related vendors to follow up on related projects, contracts, and payments
- Cooperate with admin staff to welcome new joiners and company activities
- Assist on recruitment, C&B and employee training, and development
- Other assignments in the HR scope of work

***Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration (with HR Management Certificate is a plus)
***Required languages
- English proficiency

• Critical thinking and supportive mindset
II. Salary: Negotiable
** Working Location: 15 Floor, Nam A Tower. 201-203 Cach Mang Thang Tam, Ward 4, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City.
