Mô tả công việc

Responsibilities:
 Create the master plan to build the HR system developing project for HR department
 Study all functions of Human resources department to create the detail plan for the project.
 Analyze the collected requirements in order to build the working processes for HR department
 Create the connections in these processes among HR and others departments/ training centres
 Develop and implement Human Resources systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality
 Be a coordinator between HR and IT in providing the HR requirements, testing and deploying the HR system
 Work with IT to develop user guide for HR system
 Instruct the users how to use HR system
 Ad-hoc tasks if required

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Qualifications:
 Bachelors Degree from an accredited University
 Already at the same position with at least 3 years experience in developing the HR software
 Knowledgeable in remuneration best practice, HR application development, governmental regulations relating to human resources

Skills:
 Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise and negotiate in a professional manner
 High flexibility and ability to implement HR functions
 Good leadership skills and cross cultural understanding
 Good presentation and persuasive skill

Language: English

Computer: MS Office, ERP/ SAP/ HR systems
