Mô tả công việc
C&B:
- Monitor internal staffs’ time and attendance such as tracking and improving employees’ attendance, producing monthly timesheets, monitoring leaves program.
- Prepare monthly payroll and conduct Social Insurance procedures, PIT Finalization.
- Analyze the compensation data against the compensation policies and reports non-compliant cases and behavior;
- Responsible for all paperwork relating to hiring, staff movement, termination such as Offer letter, Labor contract, Transfer/Promotion forms/letter, exit form, termination notice/decision, etc.
- May participate in salary survey and salary benchmarking projects;
- Keep relevant internal systems/reports updated timely and correctly;
- Generate memo/guideline/updates for all changes/updates relevant to C&B to internal staffs in timely manner.
Recruitment:
- Co-ordinate with respective Line Managers for their proposal of headcount request;
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications;
- Prepare and post jobs, source and attract candidates by using database, social media etc.;
- Screen candidates resumes, conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule;
- Conduct employment offer, following the internal assigned process;
- Act as coordinator for New Hire Onboarding program, following internal process and checklist;
- Maintain and develop candidate database.
HRBP:
- Consult for line managers/HRM on HR related issues including Labor Law, remuneration, recruitment need, retention, career development, etc ;
- Manage goal setting and performance appraisal process;
- Collect training need from line manager and arrange for training programs;
- Organizing engagement activities as planed;
- Act as a contact point for both employees and line managers for HR related matters and coordinate for resolution.
HR Administration:
- Co-ordinate and arrange administration for all chains in HR process from the stage of planning, hiring, developing, managing performance to the stage of releasing so that all documents, reports, contracts, forms, approvals are prepared/obtained and recorded correctly and timely;
- Maintain employees database and profiles in both hard and soft copy;
- In charge of updating and reporting all HR relevant database, charts, statistics;
- Carry out special requests/projects and any other work as assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in human resources C&B and recruitment with multi-national companies
- Understanding of company & HR policy and process
- High sense of urgency with ability to juggle and multitask
- Ability to plan and prioritize
- Good organizing and follow up skills
- Good at PC computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to interact with senior management level
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Experience in human resources C&B and recruitment with multi-national companies
- Understanding of company & HR policy and process
