Mô tả công việc
1. Business
• Work closely with HR Business Partner & OMs to execute Employee Lifecycle processes, including recruitment, reward administration, training administration and employee’s relations at regions.
• Monitor and control the overhead budget of the FFs to ensure the effectiveness in cost management
• Play a roles to support and or/consult line manager to apply/implement the company process/procedures related to new hire, transfer, promotion, performance management, termination, as well as other benefit programs that applied for Field Forces.
• Propose and implement effective communication channels to build the employee engagement.
• Provide timely information to Snr. HRBP to support core HR processes and reports as required in order to improve the quality of HR services delivery.
2. Leadership
• Ensure that OMs are well communicated and supported to execute and manage Employee Lifecycle’s at regions.
• Ensure timely training/coaching to OMs to minimize disruption of service delivery to the business
3. Management
• Monitor process flow for quality and efficiency, and identifies areas for process improvement.
• Tracks outstanding queries from regions to ensure they are solved satisfactorily within targeted time periods.
• Manage delivery of HR services according to agreed strategy, timeline and budget.
• Monitor and manage employee feedback, data analyzing and propose appropriate action to capture the issues to ensure the best interest of the business.
• Ownership of HR information held in regions at manual management system (excel, files, database….)
4. Relationships
• Actively engages with customer to ensure that they are satisfied with service provided.
• Regular follow up with Master distributors to ensure policies/ process flows are consistency and benefits for both.
• Manage service level arrangements with 3rd party vendors delivering a quality service.
