Mô tả công việc
- Consulting and implementing tasks related to social insurance - health insurance - unemployment insurance for employees accurately, promptly, in accordance with Company’s regulation and Law.
- Ensuring assigned tasks related to salary calculation correctly, accurately and promptly in accordance with Company’s regulation and policies and Law.
- Performing tasks related to Health insurance and Accident insurance to the right person, promptly in accordance with Company’s regulation and policies.
- Performing tasks related to employees-teachers confirmation, payroll scales registration accurately, promptly, in accordance with Company’s regulation and Law.
- Ensuring costs related to: union, compulsory insurance, other insurances,.. to be paid on time and as regulated
- Making reports promptly, accurately and effectively.
- Ensuring assigned tasks related to salary calculation correctly, accurately and promptly in accordance with Company’s regulation and policies and Law.
- Performing tasks related to Health insurance and Accident insurance to the right person, promptly in accordance with Company’s regulation and policies.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
A. General requirements:
- Gender: Male / Female
- Age: 25-35
- Qualification: Bachelor / Associate degree
- Major: Human Resource Management, Law, Business Administration
- Experience: Over 3 year working experience. Priority given to those used and experienced in compulsory insurance.
- English: Fluency
- Computer skills: Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point
- Other requirements: Legal knowledge and Compulsory insurance.

- Planning and well-organized
- Problem solving skills
- Effective thinking, good communication skills, team work
C. Attitude requirements
- Have a sense of responsibility
- Disciplinary
- Be careful, accurate, collaborative
- Withstand high pressure.

Thành lập vào năm 2004, Hệ thống trường Dân lập Quốc tế Việt Úc (VAS) là trường ngoài công lập, đào tạo từ bậc mầm non đến hết bậc phổ thông trung học, được chính phủ Việt Nam cấp phép hoạt động và nằm trong hệ thống giáo dục quốc gia. Hiện nay, VAS đang giảng dạy hơn 5.000 học sinh từ mầm non đến lớp 12 tại 7 cơ sở ở TP.HCM. Trong năm học 2015-2016 vừa qua, VAS đã triển khai thành công hai lộ trình học tập cho học sinh gồm: (i) Chương trình Giáo dục Quốc gia kết hợp với Chương trình Giáo dục Phổ thông Quốc tế Cambridge ( Cambridge Academic Programme – CAP) và (ii) Chương trình Giáo dục Quốc gia kết hợp với Chương trình tiếng Anh Cambridge ( Cambridge English Programme – CEP). Cả hai lộ trình giáo dục đều được xem xét và thiết kế một cách kỹ lưỡng sao cho phù hợp với học sinh tại Việt Nam và hướng đến các chứng chỉ, bằng cấp quốc tế, được công nhận rộng rãi trong nước và trên thế giới. Trong năm học 2016-2017 tới đây, VAS sẽ kiên định duy trì việc giảng dạy hai lộ trình học tập này.
